In accordance with the Action Plan of 2024, the CEC and the Training Centre are launching a new cycle of certification.
From January 29, it is planned to conduct certification exams for the Precinct Election Commissions’ (PEC) head officials in 8 exam centers opened throughout Georgia: Telavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Tetritskaro, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki, Ninotsminda.
As a novelty, for the purposes of promoting an inclusive election environment, the Training Centre provided translation of the exam tests into languages understandable to ethnic minorities living in Georgia. The exam will be held in Georgian-Armenian-Azerbaijani languages and the translated exam tests will be used in the certification process in their unchanged form.

The mentioned tests are compiled in a profile manner - in accordance with the functions of the PECs’ head officials, includes issues from the Election Code of Georgia and the Regulations of the Precinct Election Commission, including questions on the aspects of technology use in the voting process.
The registration period for the certification exam is January 17-23, 2024. Those wishing to take the exam will have the opportunity to register for the exam remotely or through the exam secretariat. The online registration link will be posted on the Training Centre website and will be activated on January 17, 2024. The addresses of exam centers and exam secretariats will be published on the same date.
