Registration of the applicants for the certification exams of election administration officials was finished. The registration process was carried out through the period of November 21-27, 2023, both remotely (in electronic form) and through the exam secretariats created for serving citizens and operating in 12 municipalities throughout Georgia

According to the results of registration, the number of those willing to pass the exam is 1773 (women – 1310; men - 463), which taking into account the number of places available for the exam, is 40% (information about the number of examinees registered according to examination centers is available at the link (in Georgian)).

The Training Centre offerred citizens the opportunity to take a free preparatory training course for the certification exam of election administration officials, which is based on the content of the tests determined by the exam program and practical tasks. Of the persons registered for the exam, 1110 citizens (95%) agreed to take this course. Trainers trained by the Training Centre will conduct the relevant training program in remote format through the period of November 29 – December, of this year.

Certification exams for election administration officials will be held on December 4-7.

LEPL Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training will administer the certification exams.
