The Central Election Commission (CEC) continues to hold meetings with young people to involve them in the electoral process. This time, the CEC hosted the students of the civic education club "Pluralism Polyphony" of Kutaisi Niko Nikoladze School-Gymnasium. Nino Kikalishvili and Tsotne Zabakhidze, trainers of the Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training Centre (Training Centre), informed young people on implemented activities of the election administration in terms of the introduction of electronic technologies in the electoral process and future plans. Participants discussed the issue of integrating electronic technologies into electoral processes based on the experience of the Georgian election administration and other countries. Additionally, students get familiarized with electronic electoral technologies in practice, including verification, voting, and vote-counting devices.
The meeting with students from the civic education club, "Pluralism Polyphony" of Kutaisi Niko Nikoladze School-Gymnasium, was held on 22nd December at the CEC.
