During the working meeting, topics on strategic planning were discussed at the Central Election Commission (CEC).
Giorgi Kalandarishvili, CEC chair opened the meeting. The chair discussed the importance of strategic planning in the working process and its effective implementation.
Meeting participants deliberated important topics such as developing a results-oriented, inclusive and evidence-based strategic plan; situational analysis methods; defining strategic priorities, goals, and tasks; a process of creating the logical framework and strategic plan; developing measurable indicators, etc.
The working meeting was held on 10-11 October and organized by CEC’s Coordination, Planning, and Reporting Department, involving heads of CEC’s structural units, managers, as well as Training Centre’s management. Working meetings on the matter will gradually be held for employees of the CEC Office.
