On October 24 and 28, members of special groups (full composition) established in electoral precincts will undergo training program elaborated by the Training Centre in order to ensure realization of electoral rights for the voters temporarily residing in stationary-medical facilities and isolation (quarantine, self-isolation) for the second round of October 2, 2021 Municipal Elections.

Participants will receive information on the following key issues within their competence:

• opening the precinct – persons authorized to be present at the premise of residing the special group and their legal status
• polling procedure while using mobile ballot box
• procedures to be applied prior to opening ballot boxes
• opening mobile ballot box
• sorting/counting/sealing ballots
• drawing up summary protocol

The training will be based on practical learning, it is provided to perform various thematic exercises.
