Title: professional Development/Instructions to Precinct Election Commission Members for the Second Round of the Parliamentary Elections of Georgia (stage I, II)
Goal: to enhance the procedural knowledge of PEC members and facilitate the development of practical skills.
Target group: 1923 PEC members operating in 17 majoritarian districts, including members of 9 precinct election commissions set up in exceptional case/in penitentiary institutions (1st stage of the training was provided to PECs members; (9 members from each PEC, except for PEC leadership); while 2nd stage was dedicated to the instruction of PEC leadership (chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary).
Implementation period: November 16-19, 2020
Training venue: 17 majoritarian districts (covering 25 municipalities)
