To ensure professional development of the members of Precinct Election Commissions (PECs) for the second round of the Parliamentary Elections of Georgia scheduled for November 21, 2020, the Training Center in cooperation with the Election Administration provided relevant informational instruction to PEC members during November 16-19.
To enhance the procedural knowledge of PEC members and facilitate the development of practical skills, the training was delivered in two stages. First stage was focused on the provision of guidance to PEC members (9 members from each PEC, except for PEC leadership), while Second stage was focused on practical training for PEC leadership (chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary).

The instruction to PEC members was provided by trainers trained by the Training Center. As part of this program, 1,923 PEC members operating in 17 majoritarian districts underwent practical training, including 9 precinct election commissions set up in exceptional case/in penitentiary institutions (Follow the Link (available in Georgian) for detailed statistic of attendance).
