In accordance with the PECs Members Training Concept developed by the Training Centre, for October 31, 2020 Parliamentary Elections/Sakrebulo By-elections/Extraordinary Mayoral Elections of Georgia, the fourth stage trainings will be held through the period of October 22 - 25, 2020

This stage envisages, training of the head officials of the PECs through the profile program, within which the following main issues will be discussed:

• organizational functions of the PEC head officials in the process of opening the polling station;
• supervisory functions of PEC head officials during the voting process and response;
• organizational and supervisory functions of PEC head officials in the processes of closing the polling station and counting;
• competence of the PEC head officials to draw up a summary protocol of the voting results and ensure the publicity;
• competence of the PEC head officials in the process of submitting election documentation to the DEC;
• polling day applications/complaints – registration and response;
• regulations related to photo-video shooting at polling station;
• measures to be taken to ensure compliance with the sanitary-hygienic requirements of PEC building to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infection (COVID-19)

In order to promote the enhancement of procedural knowledge and development of practical skills of PECs head officials, the training program will be delivered using a practical teaching methodology.

Third stage trainings for PECs members was held through the period of October 13 - 21, 2020 and was envisaged for the full composition of PECs.
