Representatives of the Central Election Commission and Training Centre observed Local and Early Parliamentary Elections held in the Republic of Moldova.

Saba Dorokashvili, Iakob Asanidze, employees of the CEC Department of Relations with Election Commissions, Koba Tsertsvadze an employee of Internal Audit and Workforce Security Department, and Zviad Tchelidze an employee of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training Centre, participated in the election observation mission in the Republic of Moldova.

CEC delegates monitored the opening of the polling stations, election process and closing of the polling stations. In addition, they observed the final press conference held at Moldovan Central Election Commission.

In the framework of the visit, delegation members together with other representatives of observation missions met with Moldovan CEC management and members and discussed ongoing election processes.

The elections were held in the Republic of Moldova on October 20.
