Certification exams of the Election Administration officers will commence from November 25, 2019. The goal of the certification is to determine the familiarity of the citizens of Georgia with electoral legislation and their general skills, in order to subsequently select highly qualified Election Administration officers.

It should be noted that before, certification exams were held at the exam center in Tbilisi; while, starting from this year, an additional examination center was opened in Kutaisi. The citizens will be able to be able to opt for the Tbilisi or Kutaisi exam center.

Certification exams are provided by LEPL Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training Center (Training Center).

Distant e-registration of applicants for an exam will take place from November 4 through November 17, 2019. E-registration program will become active from 10:00 am, November 4, on the Training Center website.

For registration, citizens can also apply to the Certification Exam Centers, from November 4 through November 17, 2019, from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm, except for weekends and holidays, at the following addresses:

• 13^th, Aghmashenebeli Alley, Tbilisi (Administrative Building of the CEC);
• 31, Chavchavadze Ave., Kutaisi (N 59 Kutaisi DEC Administrative Building).

For registration at the Exam Centers, applicants should present an ID or a passport of a Georgian citizen.
