Aim of the project: to inform local observer organizations’ representatives around election issues and facilitate effective performance of their functions.

Place of implementation: Tbilisi, Hotel “Holiday Inn”
Attendance statistics: 2 training Sessions were conducted, 49 representatives of 27 local observer organizations passed the training, among them women – 26, men - 23
