29 NGOs were funded at the decision of the Competition Committee under the Grant Competition announced on April 16, 2018 on the following directions:

• First direction: raise voter awareness for the President of Georgia 2018 Elections
• Second direction: promote raising level of electoral awareness and civic engagement of young voters for the President of Georgia 2018 Elections
• Third direction: supporting the participation of vulnerable groups and women for the President of Georgia 2018 Elections

The grant projects submitted by the funded NGOs foresees the facilitation of the development of electoral capacity of voters, raising awareness about elections among vulnerable groups and women, enhancing their civil responsibility, implementation of training programs and other activities for their deeper engagement in the elections.

Funded grant projects will be implemented in all regions of Georgia, from August 1 to September 30, 2018
