Title: the training program Developing Trainers’ Professional Skills for SEC members and Office staff

Goal: Promot institutional strengthening of SEC in the field of implementing awareness raising projects for voters throught the AAR

Target group: members of SEC and Office employees

Training modules: training planning and structure; training program design; training delivery methodology; training summarizing/assessment mechanisms; technique for designing and using trainer’s manual/guide; trainer’s professional and general skills; presentation skills

Implementation period: April 23 – 25, 2018

Training Venue: Batumi, SEC building

Statistics: 15 participants took the training, including 5 - male, 10 - female
