Under the cooperation initiated by the Adjara Autonomus Republic Supreme Election Commission (SEC), the Training Center implemented the training program aimed at the development of professional skills of SEC members and office employees.

The purpose of the above-mentioned is to promote institutional strengthening of SEC for implementing educational and awareness raising projects directed at voters throughout the Adjara Autonomous Republic.

The Training Center implemented the training program during April 23-25, 2018, in Batumi. The training, with focus on practical teaching, involved acquainting SEC members and the Office employees (15 participants) with the following key topics:

• Training planning and its structure;
• Training program design;
• Training delivery methodology;
• Mechanisms for summarizing/assessment of training;
• The technique for developing and using training manual/guide;
• Trainer’s professional and general skills;
• Presentation skills.

The Training Center deems it important to support initiatives aimed at developing electoral culture in the country.
