In accordance with the Training Concept elaborated by Election Administration for the April 28, 2018 Parliamentary By-Elections in №54 Majoritarian Election District, 4th stage of trainings of PECs members were held during the period of April 22-24, 2018. The trainings were dedicated to episodic staging of polling day. Having used training instruction elaborated by Training Centre, the members of district election commissions provided instruction to PECs members at the venues of election precincts; after that, members of commissions performed episodic staging of the polling day (episodic staging envisages practical exercise of procedures to be performed from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, and drafting summarizing protocol of the polling day).
In total, 605 members of 60 PECs participated in the training, among them woman - 462 and man - 143.
