IV Stage Trainings for Members of Precinct Election Commissions for April 28, 2018 Parliamentary By-Elections

In accordance with the Training Concept elaborated by Election Administration for the April 28, 2018 Parliamentary By-Elections in №54 Majoritarian Election District, 4th stage trainings for PECs members will be launched on April 22, 2018.

The trainings will be dedicated to episodic staging of polling day. Having used training instruction elaborated by Training Centre, the members of district election commissions will provide instruction to PECs members at the venues of election precincts; after that, members of commissions will perform episodic staging of the polling day (episodic staging envisages practical exercise of procedures to be performed from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, and drafting summarizing protocol of the polling day).

4th stage of trainings will end on April 24.
