In accordance with the training concept elaborated for the second round of October 21, 2017 Municipal Elections, the representatives of Training Centre and EA trainers on November 10, 2017 conducted additional stage of trainings for the amended members of the PECs as well as for those members who were not able to attend scheduled trainings.

Within the framework of the trainings the participants were introduced to the following main training modules:

• activities of precinct election commissions during the period prior to the polling day (unified list of voters, special list and the rule of forming a list for mobile ballot box);
• activities of precinct election commissions on the polling day (opening a polling station and procedures to be performed prior to polling, polling, policy for promoting involvement of voters with disabilities, closing a polling station, summarizing polling results);
• polling day applications/complaints.
