On May 17 of this year, certification exams of election administration official were launched, in e-testing mode for the first time.
Central Election Commission elaborated special program, facilitating test process for certification candidates. Certification candidates are allowed to pass e-tests and in case of sufficient points to receive certificates of election administration officials.
Duration of the exam is one hour. 30 examination tests are chosen for each candidate via random selection method. Candidate must score 24 points to pass the exam. After receiving the minimum passing points, candidate shall receive the certificate.
From April 11, all interested parties could see examination tests (which are used at certification exam without changes), as on CEC as well as on the web page of the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings.
From April to May 4, 2597 candidates passed registration for certification.
Registration procedure was also much facilitated; candidates could register via internet; examination date and time can be agreed on.
