In accordance with the training concept elaborated for October 21, 2017 Municipal Elections, 4th stage of trainings of PECs members was launched on October 13, 2017. The trainings will be dedicated to episodic staging of polling day. Trainers of the Training Centre will provide instruction to PECs members at the venues of election precincts; after that, members of commissions will perform episodic staging of the polling day (episodic staging envisages practical exercise of procedures to be performed from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, and drafting summarizing protocol of the polling day).
4th stage of the trainings will be finished on October 17.
