In accordance with the training conception, elaborated for October 21, 2017 Municipal Elections, 2^nd stage of the trainings for the PECs members were conducted from September 26 to October 5, 2017.

Within the framework of the trainings the participants were introduced to the following main training modules:

• PEC activities during the period prior to the polling day (unified list of voters, special list and the rule of designing a list for the mobile ballot box);
• PEC activities on the polling day (opening polling station and procedures to be performed before voting, the voting process, closing the polling station, summarizing voting results)
• Policy promoting engagement of persons with disabilities in the election process;
• Applications/complaints on the polling day;
• Conflict management.

In order to facilitate the enhancement of procedural knowledge of members of the Electoral Administration, the training was delivered using a hybrid methodology. Among other activities, training participants performed episodic staging of the polling day (performing the functions of registrar), that will ensure the development of their practical skills. The rule of work of members of precinct election commissions and polling day procedures has also been covered at the training, in the format of the training film.

In total, 34 819 members of 3634 PECs have participated in the training, among them, 8646 man and 26 173 woman.
