To ensure the provision of professional services for voters on the polling day, the CEC Training Center has resumed the training film Polling Day Procedures for October 21, 2017 Elections of the Representative Body of Municipality – Sakrebulo and Mayor of Self-governing City/Self-governing Community.

The film describes rights of individuals authorized to be at the polling station, as well as provides information about the preparation until the launch of the polling process, activities of leadership of precinct election commissions and other members of commissions to ensure that elections are held in a smooth manner and voters are able to exercise their electoral right in a full-fledged manner.

The training film was produced with the sign language, as well as was translated into English and ethnic minority languages.
