GYLA's Sunday School Students Visit the CEC and the Training Centre

Students from Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) Sunday School were present at the Central Election Commission and the Training Centre of Georgia. Tamar Zhvania, the CEC Chairperson met with the students and talked about the importance of the elections in the democratic development of the country.

Natia Zaalishvili, Training Center Director, got the youth with specific electoral civic awareness study programs and projects which ensured awareness raising of the different groups of the society about elections and the development of the democratic processes of the country.

Sunday School Students visited the permanent exhibition at the CEC, which reflects the history of elections conducted at different times in Georgia. In addition, students met with the heads of the CEC Structural Units who detailed them on the specifics of the commission’s work.
