On October 14, the CEC and the Training Center held the Umbrella Campaign in Mtskheta; the goal of the campaign is to promote civic activeness of voters for the second round of parliamentary elections 2016, Georgia.

The CEC and the Training Center brought many voters under the Election Umbrella; to demonstrate readiness of active participation in elections, they dropped green cards with inscription I am Active Voter in a ballot box.

Participants of the event received awareness-raising material and booklets describing voting procedures prepared for voters.

The CEC and the Training Center plan to hold another open air Umbrella Campaign on October 16, at the Tbilisoba celebration event.
