The enhancement of civic and electoral culture of voters is one of the key directions of the Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training. Towards this goal, the CEC Training Center, based on the Memorandum of Cooperation, has been implementing civic education and electoral culture development oriented educational programs at 19 universities across Georgia, since 2010. Electoral law (Teaching Course in Electoral Law) is one of the educational programs offered to law students, as well as the students of political and social sciences (Media School). The teaching course is aimed at the enhancement of necessary professional knowledge of university students in electoral law, development of their practical skills and raising their civic awareness.

For implementing the teaching program, the CEC Training Center has produced electronic presentations, manuals and textbooks for professors and university students.
