Information about the completion of Second stage trainings of PEC members for Parliamentary Elections October 8, 2016

According to the Training Concept elaborated by the Training Centre For Parliamentary Elections October 8, 2016, the second stage of trainings for PEC members was held during the period of September 10 – 20, 2016.

During the trainings, participants learned the basic training modules such as:

  • PEC activities before the period of polling day (The voters list, the special list and the formation rules of the list of the mobile ballot box)
  • PEC activities on polling day (Opening of polling stations and procedures before voting, Voting Process , Closing of polling stations,  summarizing the  voting results)
  • Training Module for PEC members about the conversation etiquette and norms of conduct with disabled people
  • Polling day applications / appeals
  • Conflict Management
