Under the guidance of the CEC Training Centre representatives 2 semifinal rounds of students debate-club was implemented, 16 students from 4 high education institutions (Sokhumi State University, Caucasus University, Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Teaching University, Guram Tavartkiladze Teaching University) participated in the project.
