The Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training is ensuring trainings of the Contact Center operators, in order to increase their qualification.
On September 5, 2016, 2nd stage of training was held, as part of which the participants were introduced to the following issues:
Rule of selecting of head officials;
Convening deadline and the rule of conducting;
Unified list of voters and rule of its’ publishing;
Rule of forming of voters’ special list;
Rule of forming of mobile ballot box list.
Registration of observing organization;
Registration of representatives of election subject;
Accreditation of media representatives.
After completing the course, call center operators will provide information to interested parties on any matter related to the elections.
The last stage of trainings for CEC contact Center operators will be held to the end of September.
