In October 2, 2011 in Telavi Election District will be held midterm elections of the Parliament of Georgia.  For these purposes, in August 18 of this year, Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will hold the first stage of trainings for the members of #17 District Election Commission in Telavi.

Training will cover the following issues:

- Composition and working of DEC; 

- Activity of DEC during preelction period; 

- Verification of voting results; 

- Rules of presenting and reviewing of application/claims;

Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will provide training participants with studying manuals for the members of DEC.
