From February 28 to March 2011, Representatives of Center for Election Systems development, Reforms and Trainings and CEC of Georgia visited Latvia. They met to the Speaker of Saeima of Latvia Ms. Solvita Āboltiņa, Head of Central Election Committee Mr. Arnis Cimdars and other officials of CEC of Latvia. Representatives of Election Administration of Georgia met with members of local political parties as well. 

One of the main objectives of the Republic of Latvia visit was sharing of experience of Latvian colleagues  in electronic learning methodology (e-learning). 

As a result of these meetings, parties agreed to improve business relationships and support cooperation between election administrations.

Visit was carried out via support of UNDP and EU.
