On May 25, 2016, the implementation of the Project Informed Young Voters was completed at universities.
The project was aimed at facilitating the enhancement of civic awareness and electoral culture of voters, development of necessary professional knowledge of students in electoral procedures and invigorate first time young voters.
The project was implemented at 9 universities that are parties of the mutual cooperation memorandum between the Central Election Commission of Georgia, the Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training and universities, among them, at 3 regional universities:

As part of the Project, 1-hour seminars were held for university students, and 565 young voters between the age of 18-21 participated in those seminars. The trainers trained by the Training Center delivered the seminars.
