The Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training has developed an educational electronic program that enables customers to obtain complete information about polling day procedures and the rule of work of precinct election commissions, and check gained knowledge via a testing program.
The mentioned program aims to support the development of electoral environment and is available for electoral stakeholders, as well as other interested individuals.
