The Training Centre finished implementation of training course elaborated for the operators of the CEC information/call center.

Second stage of trainings was conducted on October 9, 2020, within which the participants were introduced to the measures to be implemented on Election Day in polling place to uphold sanitary – hygienic requirements aimed to prevent the spread of the infection (COVID-19) brought by novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), as well as the polling day procedures, including:

• opening the election precinct and procedures to be carried out prior to the polling;
• polling procedure;
• closing the election precinct and procedures to be carried out prior to opening the ballot box;
• opening ballot boxes and summarizing polling results;
• polling day applications/complaint.

The training was held in the question and answer mode; participants received exhaustive information about issues of their interest.

The goal of the above-mentioned training course is to enhance qualification of the CEC Information/Call Center operators, to ensure that they provide exhaustive information around elections related matters to interested individuals.
