Certification exams announced on March 11, 2019 have ended. 1399 individuals registered for an exam organized by the Training Center. 408 participants came to the exam, 123 participants successfully passed the exam (86 female, 37 male), and they were awarded certificates.

It is important to mention the novelty afforded to certified individuals. It envisages the possibility of disclosing their personal data (name, last name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone, e-mail), subject to their consent, to parties with electoral registration and local observer organizations registered at the CEC, in case of applying to the Training Center in writing. According to the regulation concerning this service stipulated in the Statute about Election administration Officials Certification approved under the CEC N13/2012 Decree, citizens were able to provide their consent to disclosing personal data at the stage of registration for the exam. Certified individuals also have an option to realize this right after the exams are over, based on submitting a written application to the Training Center about consent to personal data processing and disclosure.
