From April 11, 2024, the next stage of certification exam for the Precinct Election Commission (PEC) head officials starts.
The Training Centre provides certification exams through the exam centers operating in 30 municipalities: Tbilisi (4 exam centers), Gurjaani, Sighnaghi, Telavi, Rustavi, Bolnisi, Tetritskaro, Mtskheta, Dusheti, Gori, Borjomi, Akhaltsikhe, Sachkhere, Zestafoni, Baghdati, Tkibuli, Tskaltubo, Kutaisi, Ambrolauri, Tsageri, Senaki, Zugdidi, Khobi, Poti, Mestia, Ozurgeti, Batumi, Kobuleti, Shuakhevi, Khulo.
From April 1st, 2024, the citizens will have the opportunity to register for the exam online or through the exam secretariats. The online registration link will be placed on the website of the Training Centre and will be activated on the same date.
The exam tests are compiled in a profile manner - in accordance with the functions of the PECs head officials, it includes issues from the Election Code of Georgia and the Regulations of the Precinct Election Commission, including questions on the aspects of using technology in the poting process. The examination will be conducted via electronic testing method. For each examinee, 24 exam tests are automatically selected using the random selection method, the examinee must score 15 points to receive a certificate. The validity period of the certificate is determined by the period of 5 years after passing the exam.
