“Motivation, Teamwork and Corporate Culture” were tackled at the masterclass held at the Central Election Commission (CEC) on June 24th led by invited expert Andro Dgebuadze.
Giorgi Kalandarishvili opened the meeting and highlighted the importance of motivation, teamwork and corporate culture. As Kalandarishvili noted, administration constantly tries to support employee professional growth and development through organizing different activities and lecture courses.
“We, the election administration, are constantly trying to raise the standards of our activities, receive new information and, first of all, take care of the professional development of our team and employees. Motivation, teamwork and corporate culture are three key aspects which are critical for any institution. Certainly, our meeting is part of a new vision and policy which was developed as a result of intensive work. We have concrete plan and activities that enables us successfully pursue a specific goal”, Giorgi Kalandarishvili said.
Current approaches of corporate culture and human resources development were discussed at the meeting attended by about hundred employees. As said at the meeting, novelties in terms of human resources development are constantly adopted within the election administration and adjusting to given novelties and then their implementation is the priority for the organization. Stemming from this approach, the meeting was held with the expert Andro Dgebuadze who shared his tactics about motivation, teamwork and corporate culture to participants.
CEC’s Human Resources Management Department organized the masterclass, aiming to support employee professional growth and development. Opinions voiced during the meeting will support effective and successful implementation of administration’s activities.
