To support developing qualified human resources for the Electoral Administration, during June 21 through June 29 the Training Center implemented a new training program – a Specialized Program Electoral Administrator Courses for potential DEC lawyers.

The awareness raising and training course developed by the Training Center envisaged a two-day training program focused on administrative proceedings on a polling day. Through practical teaching, the participants were familiarized with such important matters as:

• causes for electoral disputes: identifying procedural risks at PECs on a voting day;
• administrative proceedings;
• organizing and conducting a DEC session;
• prepare DEC/Commission Chair’s decision on electoral disputes;
• A pleading template and details.

The training course was held for 6 teams in stages. 128 participants took the training, among them 77- female, 51- male.

Training Center employees delivered the Courses for Electoral Administrators
