From June 11, 2018, certification exams for the election administration officials will be launched.

The Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training (the Training Center), LEPL will administer the certification exams.

To ensure publicity of the exam process, representatives of accredited local NGO and international organizations will be admitted as observers.

For accreditation, interested organizations should apply (the application form is available in Georgian) to the Training Center Certification Exam Secretariat from May 21 through June 3, 2018, at the address: 13th km. Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave. Tbilisi (CEC building) from 10:00 to 18:00, except for weekends.

No more than three observers will be admitted to an exam hall (just one observer from the same organization will be allowed to an exam hall, save the case when just a single organization undergoes accreditation). Depending on the number of accredited observers, casting lots may be held in order to determine the sequence of the admission of observers into the exam hall.
