Employee mentoring and training was the main direction of 4-day training, which was conducted for the Election Administration (EA) and the CEC Training Center. Giorgi Sharabidze, the CEC deputy chairperson opened the training and discussed the importance of the main issues of the curriculum.
Within the framework of the training, participants received information about the mentor's functions and responsibilities, the skills needed for the manager's mentorship and personal characteristics, the necessary conditions for effective mentorship, as well as four main stages of development of the employee. The training course was interactive and included both practical and theoretical parts.
The training was held from November 27 to November 30. Training courses were conducted by Tea Gvelesiani and Lela Giorgobiani, trainers of NGO "Partners - Georgia". Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded relevant certificates.
