The representatives of the Election Administration (EA) and the Training Center of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Georgia visited Buckswood International School within the tolerance week.
Representatives of the CEC Training Center conducted a seminar for graduate students (12th grade) on the nature of elections and the voter's role in the electoral processes.
Sophio Sitchinava, the head of Coordination, Planning and Reporting Department delivered detailed information to young people on the performance of the EA to support the election environment for the persons with disabilities during Municipal Elections 2017 and generally, for ensuring the inclusive electoral environment in the frames of the seminar.
At the end of the training, the mock election was held, namely, the students practiced all the polling stages which are passed by the voter on E-day at the polling station.
