In accordance with the Training Concept elaborated for October 21, 2017 Municipal Elections, 4th stage of trainings of PECs members were held during the period of October 13-17.The trainings were dedicated to episodic staging of polling day. Trainers of the Training Centre provided instruction to PECs members at the venues of election precincts; after that, members of commissions performed episodic staging of the polling day (episodic staging envisages practical exercise of procedures to be performed from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, and drafting summarizing protocol of the polling day).

In total, 39 412 PECs members participated in the training, among them, 29 077 - woman and 10 335- man.  For detailed statistics follow the link
