The trainings for PECs members established in exceptional cases was held on October 17-18, 2017. The training was provided for all members of PECs and the following topics were discussed:

• activities of precinct election commissions during the period prior to the polling day (special list and the rule of forming a list for mobile ballot box);
• activities of precinct election commissions on the polling day (opening a polling station and procedures to be performed prior to polling, the voting process, closing a polling station);
• applications/complaints on the polling day.

In total, 84 members participated in the training, among them, 57 - woman and 27- man.
