At the initiative of India Election Commission, in partnership with Electoral Administration offices of different countries the International Election Secretariat on Voter Awareness and Education was established. Natia Zaalishvili, CEC Training Center Director, represents Georgia at the International Election Secretariat.

The International Election Secretariat publishes articles about voter awareness and education issues through an electronic magazine (http://voicenet.in/) on the website of India Election Commission, to promote inclusive, informed and competitive environment for voters and sharing experience among partner countries in this field.

Article of the Director of the Training Center “Overview of Voter Education in Georgia” was published in the first edition of the electronic magazine.
