On April 24, 2023, the III stage trainings for the members of the Precinct Election Commissions (PEC) will be held for Extraordinary and By-Elections. This is the summarizing stage of the trainings, the target audience of which are the PECs head officials (chairman, deputy chairman, secretary).

According to the training concept elaborated by the Training Centre, various important issues related to the mandate of the PECs head officials will be discussed, including: organizational powers of the PECs head officials in the period from the opening of the polling station to the start of voting; organizational powers of the PECs head officials in the period from the closing of the polling station to the start of the vote counting process; the technique of drawing up a summary protocol of voting results; ensuring publicity of the voting process; polling day statements/complaints.

In the continuing education format, head officials of the election commissions where polling will be conducted using electronic technologies will work on the practical use of electronic technologies in the voting process, through which the PECs members will serve voters on April 29, the polling day.
