Certification exams announced on July 23, 2020 have ended. 1097 individuals registered for an exam organized by the Training Center. 455 participants came to the exam, 135 participants successfully passed the exam (86 female, 49 male), and they were awarded certificates.

All pandemic recommendations were followed during the examination process, among them, due to preventive measures, hand sanitizers and medical facemasks were provided for those wishing to take the exam.

It is important to mention the service afforded to certified individuals. It envisages the possibility of disclosing their personal data (name, last name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone, e-mail), subject to their consent, to parties with electoral registration and local observer organizations registered at the CEC, in case of applying to the Training Center in writing. According to the regulation concerning this service stipulated in the Statute about Election administration Officials Certification approved under the CEC N13/2012 Decree, citizens were able to provide their consent to disclosing personal data at the stage of registration for the exam. Certified individuals also have an option to realize this right after the exams are over, based on submitting a written application to the Training Center about consent to personal data processing and disclosure.
