For October 21, 2017 Municipal Elections, the Training Centre elaborated training concept regarding effective implementation of training activities for DEC and PEC members. The concept comprises information about training of trainers of Election Administration (EA), as well as, stages, materials and methodology for EA members training.

According to concept, trainings for DEC and PEC members will be conducted in several stages (two stages for DEC members training; four stages for PEC members training). Moreover, additional trainings will be conducted for replaced (new) members of PECs.
