The Central Election Commission of Georgia and the Center for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training received a special certificate, in recognition for ensuring 100 percent access to public information. Giorgi Kldiashvili, Director of the Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), has personally granted the award to Tamar Zhvania, CEC Chair, and to Natia Zaalishvili, Training Center Director.

It should be noted that transparency is a guiding principle for the Training Center, and has been steadily following this principle for years. The Training Center was recognized a transparent organization back in 2011 too, and it will continue ensuring access to public information for any stakeholder, and openness of its operations in the future as well.
