In the first semester, 2015-2016 academic year the delivery of the teaching course in electoral law developed by the Training Center has been launched at the following universities:
Today Tamar Zhvania, CEC Chair, has congratulated the students of the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with the launch of the academic year. Ms. Zhvania will deliver the teaching course to the Social and Political Sciences Faculty students.
The aim of the Teaching Program is to enhance necessary professional knowledge of students in electoral law, develop their practical skills and promote raising their civic awareness. The mentioned teaching program spans the full semester, and it will be introduced gradually at 19 partner universities.
To support the implementation of the teaching course, the Training Center has designed relevant manuals, a book of practical exercises and electronic presentations.
The above-mentioned educational project designed by the Training Center has been implemented at universities since 2010.
