The Election Administration 2015-2019 Strategic Plan envisages the implementation of the Module Gender and Elections in the training programs of the engaged parties by the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training.
For this purpose, on June 10-12, 2015, the Training Center, in cooperation with the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), held the TOT on the topic: Gender Equality: key principles, their importance and the mechanisms for ensuring equality. The Training Center and the CEC representatives, professors of partner universities and Electoral Administration trainers took part in the Training.

The last day of the Training was dedicated to designing a gender module, including the identification of relevant issues for target groups, determination of teaching methods and duration.
