Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings prepared the guideline:

• For District and Precinct Election Commission members;
•  For representatives of political party/election block;
•  Monitoring organizations;
•  Penitentiary and Probation System staff;
• Representatives of press and other mass media. 

Guidelines for Precinct Election Commission were translated into Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian languages and spread throughout populated regions: Election Precincts of Gardabani, Marneuli, Bolnisi, Dmanisi, Tsalka, Tetritskaro, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda.
Center provided English language translation of additional supporting guidelines for PEC members as well, which was handled to Observers’ Mission of OSCE.
Center prepared various display materials for election precincts, clearly showing voting day procedures.
