In May 8, 2010, at 11 o’clock, Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will conduct trainings for local monitoring organizations at Hotel “Ambassador”.    

The following issues will be discussed at training:

• Rights, obligations and responsibilities of monitors;
• Voting process; counting of votes; summing up of voting results; 
• Reviewing election disputes;
• Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will give participants guidelines compiled by local and international organizations for monitors.
